1. **Lifetime Warranty**: 

   - We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship. If you encounter any issues due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace your item at no cost. All you have to do is get it back to us, and we will handle the rest.

 

2. **Repair Preference**: 

   - Our first preference is to repair any items that may have wear and tear or damage. We understand that every bag has its story, and we want to help you keep your bag yours.

 

3. **Accidental Damage**: 

   - If your bag suffers accidental damage, we will gladly repair it for a nominal fee. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the specifics of the repair and associated costs. While we would never suggest you do any intentional harm to your Westward Bag product, some of our most cherished looking bags have a repair or two.

 

4. **Returns**: 

   - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 15 day of receiving your order, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

   - Please note that items that have been repaired under our warranty are not eligible for return.
